Current Openings

Mortgage Underwriter, Level’s II and III

Experienced underwriters with a sound knowledge of Agency Guidelines including, Credit, Income, Asset and Collateral analysis. Minimum 3 years underwriting experience.

Mortgage Underwriter Level I

Mortgage professionals (AE, LO, Processor) with strong knowledge of qualifying borrowers to Guidelines and ability to calculate Income, Assets, Credit Bureau review and completion of the 1008 Underwriter Summary. Minimum 2 years industry experience.

Residential Real Estate Appraisers

Certified Residential Appraiser (must have a current CRA or equivalent license; any state, with no outstanding complaints. Position requires an in-depth review of appraisals ensuring proper market analysis was made and that adjustments, condition and market impacts such as external/internal obsolescence are accurately accounted for.

Mortgage Loan Processors

Mortgage Processors to perform document review, re-verifications including employment, assets, income, occupancy and data capture.

Loss Mitigation Underwriters

Experience in HAMP and Non HAMP Modification underwriting ensuring borrowers meet the requirements of the Modification Program.

Compliance Analyst

Knowledge of current RESPA requirements, Truth In Lending, HUD-1 Settlement Statement and proper handling of fees from a compliance perspective.

Servicing Review Analyst

Requires ability to review Servicing Notes/History to determine payment patterns, payment status, and foreclosure and/or bankruptcy status and loss mitigation efforts prior to foreclosure.
