Position Overview
Monitor daily production vs. budget requirements in order to meet the terms
of client deliverables labor contribution percentage per client and scope of
work. Communicate and interact with the Recruiting Department to insure that
staffing needs are in line with capacity plan and budget.
Essential Job Functions
- Update the budget each day; manage to 50% labor contribution
- Manage to client expectations, including manage delivery of batches
according to schedule outlined in the scope of work
- Work closely with the inventory group to monitor file flow and ensure files
are moving through the loan statuses in order to meet timely review and delivery
requirements
- Deliver Missing document reports on a scheduled delivery
- Send missing document report as required by the scope of work
- Mentor/motivate/coach leads and underwriters to be back-up and provide
defined career path for employees
- Monitor performance, productivity and quality
- Track deliveries and reconcile assets received and transmitted
- Submit invoices to Account Receivable and review final invoice for accuracy
- Approve invoices
- Respond to communications from client
- Assist Corporate Management as needed
- Schedule and manage weekly OCR meetings with each client
- Additional responsibilities and duties requested from Executive Management
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Ability to manage and monitor to budget
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum Ten years underwriting experience with exposure to both manual and
automated underwriting environments
- Minimum Five years background in forensic underwriting and mortgage loan
due diligence
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Ability to motivate and build team to achieve required goals

lender guidelines with an emphasis on buy-back/put-back possibilities. This
review includes identifying potential fraud and/or misrepresentation on the part
of all interested parties to the transaction. Provide Quality Control Reviews
for assigned associates.

- Review AUS and manual underwriting approvals and determine whether
documents included in the file adequately satisfy the required conditions
- Review employment documentation and re-calculate income documentation for
completeness and accuracy

- Review and analyze borrower’s mortgage applications, credit reports, title
commitments, real estate purchase contracts, and other related documents
- Identify underwriter negligence and provide written details as to where and
why the underwriter was negligent
- Identify fraud, misrepresentations, and errors made in the origination of
the loan
- Measure the overall quality of loan files considering the numerous parties
involved at origination and their various roles/responsibilities
- Provide high quality, detailed written findings using clear, concise
writing skills
- Conduct borrower interviews via phone to gain information pertinent to
forensic audit
Requirements
- 2+ years underwriting experience with exposure to both manual and

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position Overview
Reprocess closed mortgage loans. All files are to be placed in correct
stacking order and bookmarked. Analyze file to see what verifications were
completed initially and order new verifications from the appropriate parts. If
no previous verifications are included with the file, order new VOE, VOD, VOR,
etc. to determine if information disclosed was true and correct at the time of
closing.
Essential Job Functions
- Stack a complete mortgage loan file and bookmark
- Review file and resend all verifications according to standard operating
procedures
- Confirm all parties to the transactions had valid licenses at the time the
loan closed
- Confirm and CPA letters and tax returns.
- Work well within timeframes and team commitments
- Confirm final closing docs are in the file
Requirements
- 1 year + processing or like experience in the mortgage industry
- Detail oriented
- Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paces environment
- Strong PC and technical skills required
